Our Culture

The Hunt culture is built on a foundation of its core values, which include: respect, humility, community, teamwork, and creativity.

Hunt has an Inclusion and Diversity(I&D) Committee to help guide the company and ensure an intentional focus on these topics. I&D principles are inherent to each of Hunt’s five core values – Respect, Humility, Community, Teamwork, and Creativity.

I&D Commitee’s mission statement:

To foster an intentional and authentic culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion that is consistent with Hunt’s core values and empowers our people to embrace each individual’s unique strengths and capabilities, enhance collaboration, spark innovation, and improve business performance.

Hunt Retirees

Formed over 50 years ago, the Hunt Retirees group is a self-organized community of retired Hunt employees with 282 active members today. The group conducts 3-4 annual events where all retirees can gather to catch up and enjoy fellowship with one other. Hunt assists in hosting some of these events to be sure that our retirees still feel like they are a part of the family! The group maintains their own membership roster and collects their own annual dues to subsidize other Hunt Retiree-organized events. Our retirees are invited to attend all-Company meetings and corporate events, and they are always a welcome addition to our community!

Hunt Cares is a large part of the Hunt culture and gives employees the opportunity to give back to the community while having fun.
